From ConsignO Desktop
- Open ConsignO on your desktop
- Navigate to “File” > “Preferences” > “Signature Appearances”
- Locate the file path for your signature appearances (pointed out by red arrow)
- Navigate to your file explorer using the file path
Importing to My User Information
- Click your name or avatar in the bottom-left corner of the screen
- Under the “Signatures, Stamps & Initials” heading, select the appropriate tab
- Upload an image by dragging and dropping it into the grey field or clicking the grey field to select a file from your computer
JPG or PNG file formats are supported. A graphic height of 180 pixels is recommended.
- Click “Save” to upload the file
If multiple files are uploaded, use the toggle to designate one as the “IS DEFAULT” file. If only one file is uploaded, it will automatically be used as the default.
