Add Design Information
- Navigate to “Projects”
- Select the project you want to open from the project list
- Navigate to “Design Information”
- Complete all required fields and any optional fields where information is available
- If the applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction is not available, add it in Lists
- Selected Schedule Requirement document types are tracked in the Letters of Assurance (LOA) column on the Projects list page
- Click “Save Changes”
Design Information must be completed before adding Codes & Guidelines or a Risk Assessment, as available fields depend on it.
Add Codes & Guidelines
Design Information must be completed before adding Codes & Guidelines.
- Navigate to “Projects”
- Select the project you want to open from the project list
- Navigate to “Codes & Guidelines”
- Select all applicable codes and guidelines
- Click “Save Changes”
Codes and guidelines can be managed in Lists.
Add Risk Assessment
Design Information must be completed before adding a Risk Assessment.
- Navigate to “Projects”
- Select the project you want to open from the project list
- Navigate to “Risk Assessment”
- Use “Populate from template” field if desired or available, or complete all applicable fields manually
- Click “Save Changes”
- Create a template by selecting “More Actions”
- Edit an existing template using the ellipsis menu
If required Engineer of Record or Engineer in Training roles are missin, see Manage Roles & Permissions.
Add Custom Line Items to Project Timeline
- Navigate to “Projects”
- Select the project you want to edit from the project list
- Navigate to “Timeline”
- Click the first empty row in the timeline table
- Enter the required information
- Press the “Enter” key to save the entry
Custom timeline entries cannot be edited once saved.
Edit a Project’s Details
- Navigate to “Projects”
- Select the project you want to edit from the project list
- Select “Edit” from the Project Actions Bar
- Update project settings, including the primary contact, location details, and project information from the slide-over panel
- Click “Save Changes”
