Memos

Create a Memo

  1. Navigate to “Memos”
  1. Click “Add Memo”
  1. Complete all required fields
  1. Click “Save Changes”

Edit a Memo

  1. Navigate to “Memos”
  1. Select the memo you want to edit from the list
  1. From the detail screen, you can edit the following fields:
    1. From Person & Company
    2. Email
    3. Phone
    4. Ext
    5. Cell phone
    6. Message
    7. Notes
  1. Click “Save Changes”

Forward a Memo

  1. Navigate to “Memos”
  1. Select the memo you want to forward from the list
  1. From the detail screen, click “Forward”
  1. Select the recipient from the dropdown list
  1. Click “Forward”

Archive a Memo

  1. Navigate to “Memos”
  1. Select the memo you want to archive from the list
  1. Click “Archive”
  1. Select “Ok” on the “Are you sure?” confirmation

Filtering Memos

  1. Navigate to “Memos”
  1. Click “Filters” to open the filters options
  1. Select “Received”, “Sent”, or “From/To Everyone” and enable archived memos if required
