Create a Memo
- Navigate to “Memos”
- Click “Add Memo”
- Complete all required fields
- Click “Save Changes”
Edit a Memo
- Navigate to “Memos”
- Select the memo you want to edit from the list
- From the detail screen, you can edit the following fields:
- From Person & Company
- Phone
- Ext
- Cell phone
- Message
- Notes
- Click “Save Changes”
Forward a Memo
- Navigate to “Memos”
- Select the memo you want to forward from the list
- From the detail screen, click “Forward”
- Select the recipient from the dropdown list
- Click “Forward”
Archive a Memo
- Navigate to “Memos”
- Select the memo you want to archive from the list
- Click “Archive”
- Select “Ok” on the “Are you sure?” confirmation
Filtering Memos
- Navigate to “Memos”
- Click “Filters” to open the filters options
- Select “Received”, “Sent”, or “From/To Everyone” and enable archived memos if required
Further refine results by typing in the “Filter by” field.
