Edit a Meeting

  1. Navigate to “Meetings”
  1. Select the meeting You want to edit from the list
  1. From the meeting detail screen, you can edit:
    1. The project
    2. Meeting number
    3. Title
    4. Date
    5. Duration
    6. Private status
    7. Boardroom
    8. Meeting location
    9. Staff
    10. Contacts
    11. Agenda
    12. Meeting notes
    13. PDF attachments
    14. Meeting minutes
  1. From the meeting detail screen, you can add new contacts and agenda items, which updates the preview PDF
  1. From the meeting detail screen, you can select “Copy Meeting”, or “Send E-mails” to notify the staff and contacts associated with the meeting
