Subconsultant Invoices

Create an Invoice

  1. Navigate to “Invoicing” > “Subconsultant Invoices”
  1. Click “Add Subconsultant Invoice”
  1. Enter information for all available fields
  1. Click “Save Changes”

Edit an Invoice

ℹ️
You can only edit an invoice with the status “Entered in the System.”
  1. Navigate to “Invoicing” > “Subconsultant Invoices”
  1. Select the invoice you want to edit from the table
  1. Edit all applicable fields
  1. Click “Save Changes”

Delete an Invoice

ℹ️
You can only delete an invoice with status “Entered in the System”
  1. Navigate to “Invoicing” > “Subconsultant Invoices”
  1. Select the invoice you want to delete from the table
  1. Click “Delete”

Subconsultant Invoice Statuses

  • Entered in the System — allows a subconsultant invoice to be attached to a project invoice in Stackd
  • Invoiced to Client, Awaiting Payment — updates automatically once the project invoice is transmitted or marked as sent
  • Client Paid, Pending Payment to Subconsultant — updates automatically once a project invoice that includes a subconsultant invoice is marked as paid
  • Paid

Mark Subconsultant Invoice as Paid

ℹ️
You can only mark an invoice as paid once its status is set to “Invoiced to Client, Awaiting Payment” or “Client Paid, Pending Payment to Subconsultant”. To reach these statuses, you must first process a client invoice. See

for steps.
  1. Navigate to “Invoicing” > “Subconsultant Invoices”
  1. Select the invoice you want to mark as paid from the table
  1. Click “Mark as Paid”
