Clients

Add a Client

  1. Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Click “Add Client”
  1. Complete all available fields for which you have information

Assigning Tags or Disciplines improves search and filtering.
  1. Click “Save”

View a Client

  1. Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Select the client you want to view from the list
  1. From the detail screen, you can view:
    1. Contact(s)
    2. Address(es)
    3. Project(s)
    4. Lifetime and Year-to-Date Invoicing
    5. Receivables
    6. Payables

Applying Tags & Disciplines through “Filters” makes searching easier.

Select a project from the list to open the project detail page.

Edit a Client

  1. Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Select the client you want to edit from the list
  1. To edit client tags, add or remove tags from the dropdown list
  1. Edit addresses or contacts by selecting the field you want to update, or click “➕”to add a new row

To update associated project or invoices, make changes in the corresponding
Projects
or
Invoicing
modules.

Delete a Client

⚠️
A client cannot be deleted if there are open invoices associated with the client.
  1. Navigate to “Clients/Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Select the client you want to delete from the list
  1. Click “Delete” in the bottom-right corner of the detail screen

Restore a Client

  1. Navigate to “Clients/Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Click “Filters” and enable “Include Deleted Clients”
  1. Select the client you want to restore from the list
  1. Click “Restore” in the bottom-right corner of the detail screen
