Add a Client
- Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
- Click “Add Client”
- Complete all available fields for which you have information
- Click “Save”
View a Client
- Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
- Select the client you want to view from the list
- From the detail screen, you can view:
- Contact(s)
- Address(es)
- Project(s)
- Lifetime and Year-to-Date Invoicing
- Receivables
- Payables
Select a project from the list to open the project detail page.
Edit a Client
- Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
- Select the client you want to edit from the list
- To edit client tags, add or remove tags from the dropdown list
- Edit addresses or contacts by selecting the field you want to update, or click “➕”to add a new row
Delete a Client
A client cannot be deleted if there are open invoices associated with the client.
- Navigate to “Clients/Contacts” > “Clients”
- Select the client you want to delete from the list
- Click “Delete” in the bottom-right corner of the detail screen
Restore a Client
- Navigate to “Clients/Contacts” > “Clients”
- Click “Filters” and enable “Include Deleted Clients”
- Select the client you want to restore from the list
- Click “Restore” in the bottom-right corner of the detail screen
