You’ll find quick links to support tools and product updates located in the bottom-left corner, just below your user profile. This makes it easier to get answers, report issues, and stay up to date without leaving Stackd.

📄 Changelog

Stackd includes a dedicated “What’s New” view that highlights the latest product updates and feature enhancements.
  1. Navigate to the document icon under your user profile
  1. Click the icon
  1. This opens up the “What’s new in Stackd” pop-up
From here you can either select an entry from the list or click “Full Changelog” to be directed to a new window to view the full changelog. You also have the option to subscribe to the monthly newsletter to receive all new updates in your inbox to ensure you never miss a thing.

🎟️ Tickets

Stackd provides a built-in way to report issues and submit feature suggestions directly from the platform.
  1. Navigate to the ticket icon under your user profile
  1. Click the icon
  1. This opens up the “Get In Touch” pop-up
  1. Enter all required details
  1. Click “Save Changes”
Submitting tickets from within Stackd ensures your feedback is captured with relevant context, helping the team review and respond more efficiently.
