The “Inventory” > “Software Licenses” page allows company administrators to track software license costs and assigned users.
Adding a software license in Stackd does not create or provision the license with an external provider.
Add a New Software License
You can edit the cost and seats of a software license, but it cannot be deleted once it has been saved
- Navigate to “Inventory” > “Software Licenses”
- Click “Add License”
- Enter the applicable license information
- Assign seats to the appropriate users
- Click “Save Changes”
Edit a Software License
- Navigate to “Inventory” > “Software Licenses”
- Select the license you want to edit from the list
- Update the required fields and seat assignments
- Click “Save Changes”
