Logging Into Your Account
- Open the login page for your Stackd account
- Enter your username (email) and password
The login page URL is provided in your registration email and may also be available from your company administrator.
If you have forgotten your username or password, contact your account administrator for assistance.
Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Click your name or avatar in the bottom-left corner of the screen
- Scroll to the “Two-Factor Authentication” heading

- Click “Enable 2FA”

- Review the “Two-Factor Authentication Setup” screen

- Scan the QR code using an authenticator app on your mobile device or use an authenticator key stored in your password manager
- Click “Confirm” to complete the setup
